Whether you’re struggling with current difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem or intrusive thoughts, or carrying the impact of painful experiences from the past, therapy can help you find relief and a new way forward.
Together we can draw on therapies such as EMDR, CBT, IFS (parts work), somatic awareness and iRest Yoga Nidra, always at a pace that feels safe. My aim is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, calming your system, and discovering new possibilities for living with greater ease.

Michelle Kenyon
I’m Michelle, an integrative psychotherapist with almost 20 years’ experience supporting emotional wellbeing, including within the NHS.
I specialise in trauma, anxiety and low self-esteem, combining EMDR with talk therapy and experiential approaches, offering a gentle, attuned space where therapy is guided by your readiness, safety, and pace.
