Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision to therapists working in psychological therapy settings, using EMDR and CBT.
My supervision style is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in safety, ethics, and clinical integrity.

My background
I have worked in mental health, including the NHS, since 2006. My clinical background includes EMDR, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and integrative practice.
This experience informs a supervision approach that values:
-
clinical rigour
-
reflective practice
-
ethical decision-making
-
nervous-system awareness (for both therapist and client)

How I work in supervision
Supervision with me offers space to:
-
reflect on clinical work
-
explore stuck points or uncertainty
-
consider trauma-informed adaptations
-
attend to the therapist’s own nervous system and wellbeing
I aim to offer supervision that feels both containing and thought-provoking, supporting your development while holding client safety at the centre.

Who supervision is for
I offer supervision to:
-
qualified therapists
-
trainees (where appropriate)
-

We can discuss whether my approach fits your needs.

As an EMDR Europe Consultant in Training I can currently offer EMDR supervision to therapist who have completed their basic training, but who are not actively working towards accreditation.
