A calm, compassionate space for healing.

Whether you’re struggling with current difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem or intrusive thoughts, or carrying the impact of painful experiences from the past, therapy can help you find relief and a new way forward.

Together we can draw on therapies such as EMDR, CBT, IFS (parts work), somatic awareness and iRest Yoga Nidra, always at a pace that feels safe. My aim is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, calming your system, and discovering new possibilities for living with greater ease.

What I Can Help With

Michelle Kenyon

I’m Michelle, an integrative psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience supporting emotional wellbeing, including within the NHS.

I specialise in trauma, anxiety and low self-esteem, combining EMDR with talk therapy and experiential approaches, offering a gentle, attuned space where therapy is guided by your readiness, safety, and pace.

Approaches I may draw from include:
